For the record, I have no interest in seeing Trump win the election. However,
Do you actually believe that Trump is sitting in front of Judges that are fair and impartial?
I am sure he will be convicted of several things. However, I find it hard to believe that he is getting impartial judges. There are far too many biasses in the system now to conclude that any convictions are based on the facts of the case.
The NY AG case is silly. Trump is accused of overvaluing his personal assets. First of all, appraisals are estimates. They can vary significantly based on assumptions. Also, it is the responsibility of the LENDER to come up with their own appraisal or evaluations and make decision in their own best interest. Why wouldn't a borrower exaggerate their view of the assumptions. They all do this. Is it their responsibility to provide conservative assumptions? Of course not. The bank or lender has final say on the valuations for the loans. Not the Borrower! The fact that a public AG is involved just demonstrates how biased the process is.
I will add that the convictions related to the Jan 6 "insurrection" are equally ridiculous.
The whole legal system has become a political circus.
Personally, I think we all should fear being paraded in front of a judge representing a party that we don't support.
