Yeah, sure.

As I said, a drop in the bucket.

But guess what? It's actually a cut in spending. Something that every democrat voted against.

Besides, rural communities don't need access to emergency alerts over radio and television anyway.

Tell me you don't know anything about rural America without telling me you don't know anything about rural America. Unlike the stereotypes put out by leftist chatbots, there's running water, cell phones, AM radio, the internet, and the Emergency Broadcast System (works on every station) and local warning sirens.
