Just a couple of weeks ago republicans voted to add $5 trillion to the nation's debt. What's that $9 billion, something like 0.0245901639% of that debt?

Pat yourselves on the backs republicans.

Besides, rural communities don't need access to emergency alerts over radio and television anyway.
