1) Superman did not cross any borders. He literally fell out of the sky.

2) Martha, who was ahead of her time, had a home birth. Her husband confirmed the story. There were no witnesses to contradict their story.

3) Further, the irrefutable proof that Superman is a U.S. citizen is the fact that he’s white.

I concede there might be some issues about his religion because he originally spelled his name Supermann.
