Were there any betting pools on how long it would take Rapist Don to defame E. Jean Carroll again? If you had a bet down on last night, ding, ding, ding: you won!
TRUMP:
“Ninety-one million based on false accusations made about me by a woman that I knew nothing about, didn’t know, never heard of, I know nothing about her.” In the second Carroll trial, two defamatory statements were at issue, one on June 21, 2019 and other on June 22, 2019. Trump’s June 22 statement starts with a denial of knowing “who this woman is” and that her story is “a totally false accusation.”
Rapist Don also mocked stuttering. A life long stutterer, near the end of president Biden's State of the Union speech, he stuttered. He was able to self-correct quickly enough but the stutter was there.
Former President Donald Trump, perhaps threatened by President Joe Biden’s well-received State of the Union address, mocked his opponent’s lifelong stutter at a rally in Georgia yesterday. “Wasn’t it — didn’t it bring us together?” Trump asked sarcastically. He kept the bit going, slipping into a Biden caricature. “‘I’m gonna bring the country tuh-tuh-tuh-together,’” Trump said, straining and narrowing his mouth for comedic effect. Many in his audience laughed.
A video of President Biden uplifting a boy with a stutter resurfaced on social media today by way of contrast: Trump bullied and belittled stuttering, Biden offered to coach the boy with techniques to overcome his stuttering.
It happened at an event during the 2020 campaign, a father introduced his son Brayden to Biden and said: "We're here because he stutters. He wanted to hear you speak."
Biden told the boy:
"I'll tell you what — Don't let it define you. You are smart as hell, now you really are. You can do this."
The president then asked to get a phone number from the boy so that he could speak to Brayden about how he dealt with the condition. Biden said that he works with about 25 other people with the condition, adding "I can tell you the things that helped me."What a study in contrasts: Rapist Don defaming his victim yet again and making fun of someone's speech impediment versus a thoughtful, caring president Biden who, within his limitations, is always willing to uplift and help others.
