WTF are you talking about? Sure, the defendant gets to see the evidence but not the public. My post is about why the Biden administration did not release the Epstein files to the public.

Then why would you be reluctant to release the files simply because the case is on appeal? IOW, why does it matter that the case is still proceeding in the appellate courts, years after the trial? You’re not protecting any advantage vis a vis the criminal defendant, because they have access to everything the government has….
