Of course not. But it gives him cover to cancel or ignore the elections, especially if there is some military retaliation that disrupts the voting. And that was my point in the prior post.
I’d say the same about Trump. What a great way to disrupt (or cancel) voting. But he has the added wrinkle of his over the top narcissism. If he ever figures out he could be next to Truman in the history books as only the second President to order a nuclear strike, we’re all in trouble.**
