The incident I posted about yesterday, when ICE dragged two guys out of a Target in Richfield, MN, has gone viral. I was watching the early news on the local Detroit ABC affiliate today, and saw a lengthy report about it. This is the one with video of a 17 year old, being shoved into an ICE vehicle, while protesting he is a US citizen. He was then roughed up by the ICE troopers, then dumped, bloody and crying, at a WalMart.
Anyway, to Alpha's post: ever notice how foul mouthed ICE troopers tend to be? In the Good case, you can hear the guy yanking on her door handle swearing. Then the guy who shot her, swearing more. Same thing at the incident at Target. The troopers were incredibly foul mouthed. I remember when the police were depicted as the good guys, the guys who carried guns and ran toward danger, so I don't need to. What sort of image are they projecting today? What bottom tier of USian society are they recruiting from?
