onepoorguy: Yeah, the optics of that isn't good in election cycles. The "defund the police" was used as a bludgeon to say that "leftists" didn't want law and order.

Fine, if not "defund," then "abolish."

Border Patrol, yes. ICE, no.

Time for democrats to grow a pair. Today's murder of Alex Pretti should effectively kill the DHS funding bill in the Senate.
