It was in the FAQ memo.

As has been pointed out to you already, that FAQ is not the original Executive Order. It was produced after Trump issued his poorly thought out and poorly drafted Executive Order shutting down pretty much everything.

Only after those "deep state" employees followed orders exactly did this shit storm hit the fan.

Listen, Dope. You're just getting deeper and deeper into this insanity every day. What does it take for you to step back and reconsider your positions?
