A huge proportion of blacks do have mugshots, compared to other groups.

Remember, White Liberals have "taken care" of blacks for a half century now so OF COURSE that would be the fact.

One Liberal constituency wants them fearful, dysfunctional, and in a self perpetuating cycle of failure.

And, well, some - don't mind the nice juicy markups and pawn shops, the nice high interest rates and late fees either.

Slowly.....

The world is rising and realizing.
