That bill? Yeah.

No. You needed the bill for 1. the money to make the new hearing boards/trials, 2. to get the administrators up to snuff and new judges for those with "wobbler" cases, and the infrastructure. If you're going to treat people as required by the Constitution, then you need due process, and you need the money, the skilled people, and the infrastructure to handle people in the volume y'all want out the door - deported. It was there. You just passed a substitute, but you are waaay behind and have darkened the perception of the US in the world by your callous disregard for things the founders held necessary for a free peoples.

Securing the border? NO. Actually deporting criminals. You needed it and passed it after you got everyone upset with you for the SS that you are.
