Sure seems like they contribute military resources to NATO vastly more than Poland. That they are vastly larger components of NATO military readiness than Poland.
Correct. But, as with the FCAS, different nations within NATO have different concerns. Poland borders Putin's Russia. Unlike, say, France. For their size, Poland spends a lot on defense because RUSSIA. And they mostly spend it on the army and the air force. They have less than 50 ships in their navy because that's not their primary worry. And, should Putin cast his gaze beyond Ukraine, Poland is going to be the NATO bulwark. Lithuania outspends (in percentage terms) all other NATO nations because RUSSIA. Their force is tiny comparatively. But don't (as DOPE seems to be doing) underestimate their resolve or commitment to NATO and defense.
In fact, many NATO nations have increased spending since 2022. Not because of the Felon. Because RUSSIA.
