Inflammatory speculation.

Speculation, but not inflammatory. And we can speculate here if it's rational. I've previously questioned why he drew his gun when he did as there was no threat, and I questioned why he placed himself part way in the path of the car - that I would have stepped to the side of the car. And let's face it there are rogue cops, they are nothing new and run about 3% of cops. There's nothing inflammatory - we now have a reasoned explanation about what puzzled me. It's analytical.

It occurred to me yesterday that this could be the case, but I didn't want to deal with a reaction to a post. Now let's see this report with the 67 incidents.
