To the extent that is true, please don't use it to excuse what appears to be a dangerous lack of transparency concerning the Wuhan Lab and the Fauci/CDC clandestine support of outlawed gain of function research.

There is no appearance of a dangerous lack of transparency. Bureaucracies act and behave just like the ones we have. The head guy may not know what every dollar is pent on. His staff may not know the intricacies of some funding definitions in obscure areas. You speak in terms of loaded lies. These loaded lies are scripted for you and are meant to distract from those President Trump killed - even Dope admits Trump was a bad President here. Begone pest! Stop trying to cover up Trump's selfish murderous ways.
