Yeah, that doesn't look like it's going to work. Judges have already issued restraining orders, and further action is pending when some of those orders were ignored. Responding "it's classified" to a judge (which is what the DOJ did, in essence) isn't going to fly. This is coming to a head because of us sending -I think- Venezuelans to El Salvador, where they will be -effectively- slaves. They aren't El Salvadoran citizens, and didn't break any El Salvadoran laws, but we basically sold them to El Salvador.
At least one judge is not amused.
