specific to BN's lesser CRE,
expect ~50% split of lowball sales and reworked credit.

still CRE shrinking is smaller part of larger growth elsewhere in BN.
as recently as 2023, more tears were shed (& wasted) regarding the end of renewables.
in 2025, probably something else.
