The board's libs have gone Full Soviet.

Back in the bad old days of the USSR, the Narod were supposed to shuffle along and feel grateful that the Regime was giving them abundant food, running water and electricity...while they stood in bread lines and the lights went out.

In other words, they had to mouth the words the компартия forced them to mouth, to go along with the Big Lie about the wonderfulness of марксизм-ленинизм and benefits of the Proletariat Revolution.

But this is even sadder. They bought, hook, line and sinker the load of propaganda the leftist media fed them despite what their eyes told them about crime in the cities, chaos on the border and smaller amounts of food in the shopping basket. Now they're desperately clinging on to those fantasies even today.

In the Soviet Union the krestyan would at least give a side-eye to all the Proclamations of Awesome. But not here. And we know why:
