So it's going to take nearly three years and nearly a billion of taxpayers' money to get, perhaps, a few weeks of official government service out of the Qatari bribe before it transfers over to the Trump Presidential Library for his own personal use and, umm, err, this isn't a headline-shouting scandal?

And this comes out right after he was giving Fed Chair Powell grief about the building renovation, and lying about some of the cost. Trump is just a POS.
