The procurement forecast is listed as having been modified on December 13, 2024, a month after Donald Trump’s election.

Therefore whatever the forecast said or didn't say, it was written by the Biden Admin. Trump inherited it but you guys spin it as if Trump authored the Biden forecast . This "could" mean that liberals are more duplicitous than they claim Trump to be.
