We know Trump the Brilliant and Perfect is German, in spite of the makeup. Noem is, supposedly Norwegian, which implies she is a slave to a tanning booth. The net sifter only says Homan is white. The name "Homan" has German, Dutch, and English roots, so he qualifies as Aryan.
Besides, SCOTUS held that being non-white, and/or speaking Spanish, is the criteria for being racially profiled and rousted. There is no racial criteria to justify rousting white people. There are only ideological criteria for rousting white people who do not toe the regime's line: "domestic terrorist".
