Yep. We need to make some special rules for this and somehow reinforce them. We've already got some judge made rules tied to the Constitution, but USSC can reinterpret "due process" for those claiming to be citizens during an immigration sweep. Evidence becoming inadmissable to the courts is the normal way where rights are violated. I'm extremely disturbed that it looks like the police that shot Good and Pretti are not going to even be charged, and I'd bet you the investigation is dragging and will eventually be dropped. We've had citizens killed. This qualified immunity has gone too far. Everyone should know by now that we have rogue cops,, and some of them set things up so they can shoot someone, essentially murder them. Watch the Pretti videos, it's 95% certain from viewing them Pretti was murdered. Rant over.
