MTG is completely irrelevant to national Republican Party politics, a total side show.

The ONLY reason she has any notoriety at all is because the MSM and Democrat Party love to cherry-pick the most eccentric of all the Republican or conservative politicians and then falsely attribute those eccentricities to the Republican Party as a whole.

MTG, Lauren Bobert....more recently, Nick Fuentes, all these articles suddenly popping up pushing the false narrative that anti-Semitism is a real problem amongst Republicans--it's not, it's fringe--anti-Semitism is now part of the core narrative of the Democrat Party, though.

Someone like Rand Paul, a true maverick Republican libertarian, gets little if no MSM coverage at all, because although representing a legitimate strain of conservative/libertarian values, he's rational, and agree or disagree with him, he always makes good points. So he's basically ignored because you can't smear the entire Republican party or conservative movement by (for example) quoting him as talking about Jewish space lasers or giving a handjob to his boyfriend in a movie theater.
