Actually Tom Homan did NOT say that. He said he will capture and deport the felon. What about separating the felon from the family. Homan said basically that is not an ICE issue, the family can decide to stay or to return to wherever with the criminal. He did say the US would pay for transportation if the family chooses to tag along.

BTW, Family Separation happens every day anytime a felon is sent to prison. Get over it.
