Seems the court overruled the country specific tariffs, like a 50% tariff on Indian goods, because they're from India. The sector specific tariffs, like steel, aluminum, and copper, are apparently OK.

Seems if the decision stands, Trump may impose steep tariffs on everything, at a uniform rate, rather than at rates that very country by country.

Because, my read is, the bottom line is to haul in the Trillions of tariff revenue he brags about, so he hand his cronies can have another huge income tax cut.
