As an adamant vaccine recipient - I agree 100% and take all the words you wrote as true and serious.
You are obviously intelligent, curious, health conscious and i just want to offer this to you:
Trump gave the 8% power.
But please---play chess. Not checkers. Who gave TRUMP power? I don't care enough to write a long post but i'll just say - the factors that caused Trump's rise were in the makings since the 60's. And SOME of it - by golly, I'm glad certain barriers got taken down. I'm glad my college bound daughter can now DECIDE if she wants career, or white picket fence mom-hood, or both. I'm GLAD the myriad of of non white relatives can flourish in all sorts of arenas.
BUT also..... many socioeconomic trends pushed many Americans aside, and pushed them down. And over the cycles nobody gave a shit about them. Democrats offered them food stamps. Republicans went to NASCAR races and said aw-shucks 100 times. But these people got poorer, more scared, more pushed into a corner, they were told to be demure, quiet, apologetic. And now - all they got is their mullet, tattoo, and dual income check-to-check life where "I made my bills this month" is the American dream.
Trump is a fake-fuck. But he wisely, smartly catered to these people. He "gave them good .....ear" when NOBODY ELSE did. He is to a segment of America, what Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are to a certain other segment of America.
Until you can at least establish a dialogue with these Americans. Until you can maybe have one nation again, not a mosaic of castes and tribes.....people like "anti vax" will cling to their tribe, and their tribal Muftis will use it for ratings, pod-cast audience, and a supply of pussy - no different than the hills of Afghanistan or Pakistan. No different.
First step is truly believing that these Americans are equal Americans, and deseve the *same* open mind that Liberals enthusiastically will give Al aqaeda sympathizers. "Why do they hate us". "how did we cause their plight" - shit - give 25% of that - to Americans for a change.
THEN it's to recognize that SOME 401k/Wallstreet/College-Grad socioeconimic trends have NOT benefitted even close to a majority of people despite dumb fuck google links posted here.
Now you have earned - an audience. An audience that feels you are about mroe than spitting on them, telling their sons to cut off thier schwantz's cause they feel girly today, and to call their faith isgnorant and stupid while trying to respect the faiths and cultures of newcomers to America.

How about we go back to how it was?

I was at DD's choir concert few months ago. A young blind kid had his own special-needs aid escort him to his instrument and he played like a pro. I don't want to see that shit cut - so Trump can have gold in his office. I don't want people on my side saying " every life is precious to Jesus!" - yet proceeed to cut all sorts of shit important to those precious kids that supposedly Jesus loves.
