Again, look at the relationship between Putin and Roman Abramovich to understand the ongoing mutual benefit. Putin let's Abramovich kill whoever he wants to grow his empire.... Abramovich kicks back to Putin.

Think Clarence Thomas and his billionaire benefactor. Is it really that obscure for you to grasp the potential for corrupt in oligarch/government official realtionships?

Think Musk/Trump and industrial favors. DeVos/Trump school money favors. It ain't rocket science.
