The MUST PROTECT mode is still on.
They left a roof uncovered. That's a colossal f-up no matter how you look at it.

That 'obligation' of law enforcement/protection agencies will become increasingly difficult, if not futile as basket cases aquire ever greater numbers of high capacity high power rifles with machine gun capabilties (thank the SCOTUS for blessing bump stocks.... Vegas Strong, babay).

The next time the shooter might just open up with bump-stocks, spraying the fans in the stands behind President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Camacho; a fitting feature of Trump's Idiocracy/UFC/WWE styled pro-wrestling and fighting events.
