If he has stayed in a Baptis lodge, doctrine says he would have a direct, one to one, relationship with God, rather than taking orders from a minister.
What the Catholics in Shinyland do not seem to realize is, once they have helped the evangelicals turn the country into a Christian theocracy, they are next up for the chop.
