Minimum age? That ship done sailed. Again, kids have access to porn on their smartphones. Teaching what oral sex is is not the same as encouraging oral sex. When they start seeing and asking, they need honest answers. They need to know the hows and whys for their own safety and protection.
They need to know it's not okay for a priest, coach, or orange spray-tanned man to grab them by the genitals because they think it's okay for them to do it.
