Then seize the ballots and machines, and start "investigating". The regime says that no-one will be seated for that district until the "investigation" is complete. So, instead of a House with 218 GOP members, 214 Dems, and, according to Wiki, 3 vacant, the House would be made up of 218 GOP members, and 104 (as a for instance) Dems, because the vote in the other 110 Dem seats would be "under investigation". How long would the "investigation" take? oh, probably about 2 years.
