Kansas tried to implement the sort of voting controls the regime is talking about, a few years ago. Thousands of citizens were disenfranchised, because they did not have their papers in order.

After the 2004 fiasco, iirc, all voting machines, like touch screen models, are required to produce a hard copy of the votes cast. The system used where I live uses an optically scanned paper ballot.

Before you laff and dismiss everything said as a Commie conspiracy theory, recall, last year, the regime seized voting machines in Puerto Rico, and seized ballots in Fulton County, GA, with Tulsi Gabbard on site, to give the operation the color of a counterintelligence operation.

So, the mechanism is to declare the vote "suspicious" in districts that did not vote the way Trump the God wants. Then seize the ballots and machines, and start "investigating". The regime says that no-one will be seated for that district until the "investigation" is complete. So, instead of a House with 218 GOP members, 214 Dems, and, according to Wiki, 3 vacant, the House would be made up of 218 GOP members, and 104 (as a for instance) Dems, because the vote in the other 110 Dem seats would be "under investigation". How long would the "investigation" take? oh, probably about 2 years.
