I always have to laugh at the idiots who think DEI is about not giving promotions on merit. It is clear they don't have a clue what DEI is actually about. The just hear Fox badmouthing it so they automatically hate it. You would think they would educate themselves, but they would rather have their nuttiness conformed than learn anything new.
