And it proves that physical barriers do work. Especially when backed up by a serious commitment to their oath to protect their state, as demonstrated by Greg Abbott.

Also illegal physical barriers, however, if you want to codify it into the law, and in such a way the courts are unlikely to say it's illegal, I'm OK with it.
