Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen—they are all the same on Trump’s “whatever” map of boring cold-weather capitals. Wasn’t it bad enough that he had already accepted the abject tribute of Venezuelan hero María Corina Machado gifting him her own treasured Nobel?
