I am not surprised you feel an African American President Nominee and a gay Cabinet member -- is a distraction.

Now back to topic....because the Leader won't be distracted :)

I hope the Right leaves gay marriage alone. It would be a boon for the Left if it was repealed - no different than when Sheeple does the Pronoun stuff or the "Garcia!" stuff.

And yeah, when you're on a busy parking lot on Christmas Eve and you see a open spot - thank a few gay dudes.
