frankly , i dont think xi or putin care much about that pomp.
putin is far wealthier than trump...and possibly in global top 5 based on laundered hard assets.
xi can influence global economics far more than trump, and runs the largest military, cyber and otherwise.
both enemies are multiples of trump's IQ...but what authoritarian isn't?
