Depriving SNAP to Americans was specifically the intention of the Dems in the Schumershutdown. They believed it would give them political leverage to make Americans Suffer. SNAP cutoff was part of that.

It didn't work out so well for the Dems, and now, instead of following through on what they said was their priority for the shutdown--saving enhanced ACA premium credits--it's all EPSTEIN.

Not denying that amazingly for the first time, Dems lost a shutdown and - i love that Trump made them his....female dog again.

BUT - Dems tried to keep SNAP going. Trump was diligent and focused on doing the opposite.

I just can't imagine telling parents : You might not get food tomorrow. Explain that shit to your kids. I just can't imagine that. I can imagine nuking a whole country more than I can imagine that.
