India is not happy with us, and we have them looking around to see if they can get a better deal (Make India Great Again!). That was an unforced error on the Felon's part, and he's making no effort to correct it. So, yes, Modi will embrace Putin if there's a better deal to be had.

As for China, they've been supporting Russia from the beginning. They recently found test footage of a street in China in a drone downed in Ukraine. Clearly, the drone came from China.
