Can any of our more conservative posters explain what Trump might be aiming at with the "Kamabla" stuff?

"Kamala is not American enough to have a proper American name, like Donald. She is Weird and Other. As if being a woman wasn't a sign enough of her being unsuitable for a man's job. Plus, not that he cares, but she recently turned black, clearly she went from Kamala to Kamabla-ck."

Sorry, that's as far as I can penetrate into Cheeto's skull; unlike my hero, the worm that ate RFK Jr's brain.
