AND PLEASE FON'T TARGET MID-LEVEL GOVERNMENT WORKERS. THEY HAVE NO GUARDS, NO SECURITY, THEY DO THE NITTY GRITTY AND THE GRUNT WORK THAT THE BUREACRACY NEEDS...... IF YOU TARGET THEM, IT WOULD BE SO EASY AND THEN OUR COUNTRY WOULD HAVE A REAL PROBLEM WITH VITAL GOVERNMENT FUNCTIONS. SO PLEASE, DIPLOMACY INSTEAD.
