I'll address it. You absolutely would be able to see every doctor you see now with an actual "Medicare for All" plan.
You mean the ones that are willing to accept lower rates. So, no - you might not get to keep your doctor.
Once all health insurance is effectively nationalized and already pay for, there's virtually no economically viable way for a medical provider to stand outside the system. That's how single-payer systems work - they essentially create a government monopsony, and then providers can no longer play insurance companies against each other.
So if one wants to be a doctor...they need to work for the government?
