But Russ Vought just came out swinging, cancelling $18B in projects for New York City:

I remember a lot of barking about Reagan's budget cuts being largely offset, from the Prole's perspective, by state tax increases, to offset the lost Federal money.

I'm sure the regime will give us a stirring speech about "personal responsibility"
