Among the recipients of President Trump’s pardons were a man whose daughter had donated millions to a Trump super PAC and a woman granted clemency in his first term who went on to commit fraud again.And, if anyone calls him on it, his usual response is to claim ignorance, say that someone said these people should be pardoned, so he pardoned them, without knowing anything about them or what they did. After all, the "rogue underling" defense has worked so well for Jamie Dimon, over the years.
For those who missed it, while Dimon was claiming total ignorance of what goes on at JPM, he had a $770M payday last year, dwarfing the $80M payday he had a few years ago, that drew a blistering rebuke from shareholders.
