Reverend Road Apples is like an evil, crazy A.I. on Star Trek and every time he tries to respond to one of your points or arguments, it's like his CPU busts a nut. Exactly like on Star Trek.
I can think of Several star treks that had this type of theme: The Ultimate Computer (M-5 which was like a Waymo for the Enterprise and went batshit crazy, tried to kill everyone, because its mind was based on the brain patterns of its brilliant but insane creator); The Changeling (They found a Nomad space probe which had collided with an alien space probe and re-combined, went bat shit crazy, wanted to "sterilize" (kill) everything); I forget the episode title but it had a character named "Landru" which was actually a holographic computer that was controlling the entire society; I am sure there must be others but these are the ones that come to mind most readily.
