I am saying I don't know what they are going to do when the press starts publishing stories about their failure to meet the commitment. Blame the states? Increase funding? say "oh well", we don't have the money?

One of the disconnects is the GOP believing their own marketing lies.
Under pre BBB law, illegal immigrants don't receive any federal Medicaid funding, so there is nothing to be gained with this "change".
