Yessiree. It's real and it's documented. The GOP is right. We need to do something about it.

Some guy in Alabama presented a home made ID card to vote. Nice looking card, BTW. Not some 1st grade art project, but all official looking, with a photo and name and bar code and such. But still not an official ID card.

Anyway, he presents this card to vote in the 2022 election. A poll worker questions the ID and refuses to let this guy vote. So the guy goes to a judge he knows and gets the judge to fire the poll worker. Apparently judges have a lot of power in Alabama. I'm not sure I entirely follow all of this part of the story, but I think I've got the gist of it.

You'll never guess who this guy committing voter fraud is. He's the chair of the state GOP. He's been referred to the state Attorney General for prosecution - after all, attempting to vote with a fake ID in Alabama is illegal. The AG has ignored the referral. Surprise, surprise.
