Umm. That's a lie. If Bill Richardson, Bill Gates, or Bill Clinton (or any other democrats) raped teenage girls, indict them, try them, and may they rot in prison (well, Richardson's dead). Democrats don't excuse pedophiles... that's a republican thang.
