Good for her. Michigan public school enrollment has been falling for literally decades now.University enrollment has been falling too. U of M and State have had increases, but the second tier universities, like Wester, Eastern, Central, have had ten year enrollment declines of 25-40%.
Michigan's population had been falling, for years. Fewer people, means fewer spawn in school.
