Did she forcibly interfere with ICE officers? I've only seen videos that start with the car in the road. Blocking a road for a short period of time is probably not a crime. Failing to leave the car is probably not a crime, either (most states have a "failure to comply with a lawful order statute, but Minnesota's is rather narrowly drafted and wouldn't cover this situation).

She'd been following ICE officers IIRC.
Either way, what you're arguing is exactly what her defense counsel would *at her arraignment*...after they would have arrested her.

That would leave forcible interference with a federal officer under 18 USC 111

Assuming they charged her with that. Vehicular assault is the more likely charge, and she definitely did that.

At any rate. She
-blocked the road
-refused instructions to exit the vehicle
-attempted to flee the scene
-assaulted an officer

That's quite the list for only about 10 seconds.
